- The farm was founded in 1950.
- After 1989 the farm became part of S.C. AGRIBAC S.A. group Bacau.
- During 1995-1998 the farm was modernized and high-tech endowed in partnership with the Dutch company Van Der Ploeg B.V.
- During December 1996 – March 1997, the farm was populated with Holsfoin, Frizien breed heifer effectives imported from Holland – breeds which are presently bred on the farm.
- On April 24 th 2002, the farm was bought in public auction by S.C. Rolex S.R.L Bacau, in accordance with P.V. NR 330/24.04.02, presently functioning with an effective of 389 animals: 161 milk cows, 26 heifers, 42, 12 beasts of 12 – 18 months, 33 beasts of 6 – 12 months, 15 beasts of 3 – 6 months, 34 beasts of 0 – 3 months, 25 male bovines to fatten, 25 male bovines of 3 – 6 months and 15 male bovines of 0 – 3 months.
- The farm presently has all the necessary authorizations and has no debts.
